A lot of you have seen from my Instagram that I kick off most days with 30-40 minutes of “flow” workouts. You could call it a cross of breathing, yoga, stretching, what ever you like really. I just call it flow as I use some flow routines and it get’s me into a nice state of flow for the day, the add on pieces also nicely strengthen up the core and are super time efficient.
I always start with this routine no matter what
And then I will go on and do 1 or 2 of these core routines.
