Fun
You can choose to have fun, you can choose to smile, you can choose to laugh.
At certain times you may want to do none, you may even want to cry, but more often that not that is also a choice.
I am done with people telling me they hate the process and they are not having fun. I am far from saying every single part of the process if fun, some of it hurts like hell and that is fine too.
The bottom line is that in almost everything you can inject an element of fun. Inject it and see how much more enjoyable the process is and the journey becomes.
