Insanity
“Insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” Einstein
So we know what it means but as we near the end of the month did we do the same things we did last Jan and get the same or different results? Maybe a mixture, probably the same. The stats will tell you a number of resolutions failed, this is a sure sign that we have not made a change to our behavior but expected different results with the same input.
If you won in Jan 2019 understand why and if you failed in Jan 2019 then also understand why and make changes immediately to get the right result.
Please do not continue to practice insanity into Feb and beyond!
