Macro Problem Micro Mindset
We think the problem is small so we adopt a targeted micro mindset to solve it.
The problem however is often way bigger than we think or are willing to admit, its MACRO and it can not be solved by micro thinking.
The result? We don’t solve the issues at hand. We have tried to hammer a screw into a piece of wood, it sort of works but for how long and how well we just do not know.
Figure out the scale of the problem then deploy the right mindset and bang you win!
