Stay the course
Many can not even in the simplest of pursuits like developing consistency around something as “basic” as a beautiful morning routine!
“Yes I can” you are screaming at the screen right now.
My research suggests otherwise!
Formulate a plan for the first 30 minutes of your day. One that promotes health and happiness (and does not include tech.)
Drink 500ml of water
Read for 10-15 minutes
Move your body for 5 minutes. (A short “yoga” flow.)
Spend 5 minutes in silence totally distraction free with your thoughts (maybe a nice cup of coffee.)
Repeat for 30 days without fail!
