The Silence
“Saying less often delivers more.” I am sure someone said that at some stage somewhere and everyone turned around and thought how profound it was. Or maybe it’s part of a quote on every new inspirational Instagram feed.
However. Yes I have been silent. Yes until last week I had not posted since 23/10/18 which broke an unbroken run of weekly posts since 02/01/17 as well as 29 posts in 2016.
But why the silence you may ask?
It’s so very simple. From 26/10/18 saying less for me meant delivering more, not blogging each week during the time I ran my 30 marathons in 30 days (full review coming soon) allowed me to speak through those marathons.
I therefore challenge you as to which of your actions are allowing you to deliver your message???
