We all feel
It’s natural, it happens when our state changes for better or for worse and even when our state does not change at all.
Sometimes we think we like what we feel so we embrace it, it makes us feel better.
Sometimes we do not like so much what we feel so we try to numb it, it makes us feel better……temporarily.
Feel good? Feel bad? They are both OK, we all feel both.
Embrace them, be aware of both states, create feeling around the feelings.
Don’t fight, don’t numb its a zero sum game.
We all feel!
